Dr. Christopher Pastore is Professor of Transdisciplinary Studies Thomas Jefferson University. He is also an Honorary Research Professor at Durban Institute of Technology, in the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Chris works on the process-structure-property relationships of textiles and composite materials and published over 100 papers and several books.

He is a Fulbright Specialist, Associate Editor, Journal of Textiles and Fibrous Materials, has received Dr. Jackie Rehkopf Award (Society of Plastics Engineers), President’s Award for Excellence (Philadelphia University), Excellence in  Education (United States Green Building Council) and Best Practices in Education (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) and more.
