Students are eligible for a reduced fee but they must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director). The discount applies only if the participating presenter is a student.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Each accepted paper shall have at least one registered participant.
• The conference fee for participants includes access to all conference sessions, gifts and conference kit, coffee breaks, daily light lunches, dinner party, social events, free wifi at the conference and 1 paper submission.
• Regular presenting authors can submit 1 additional paper which will be subjected to an additional fee of €150. Maximum 2 papers in total per regular presenter can be accepted.
• Abstracts must be formatted according to the provided template. The author must ensure that their abstract paper is thoroughly revised and formatted in strict accordance with the official provided template.
• Authors who opt to submit a full paper for publication as part of the Conference Proceedings in the open access volume of IOP Conference Series (Scopus indexed), must ensure that their full paper is thoroughly revised and formatted in strict accordance with the official provided template. Please note that the acceptance of full papers is subject to compliance with these requirements and the approval of the IOP publishing organization. Failure to adhere to the formatting and quality guidelines may result in rejection, regardless of payment.
• Only accepted and presented full papers will be included in Scopus indexed Conference Proceedings.
• The conference fee does not cover:
  • Accommodation
  • Visa application fees
  • Transportation costs
• Persons who are not presenting must register as accompanying persons.
